3 - Contest is worldwide, but to earn a prize, I need to be able to send it to you. ATM, it seems impossible to send anything to Russia, so if you are 1, 2 or 3rd at the contest and living in Russia with no means to receive the rewards, you will get the place you deserve, but the rewards will go to the next drummer in the contest.
